Naij.com has compiled 5 major allegations the PDP has leveled against the Buhari government, since the inauguration of the almost 3-months old administration.

1. The PDP alleged that Buhari is not adhering to the Nigerian constitution because according to them, there is no provision for acting chairmanship of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Nigeria’s constitution.
2. The party alleged that the APC has a clear agenda to undermine Nigeria’s democracy by promoting dictatorship
3. The party alleged that Buhari is using the Directorate of State Services to interfere in the activities of election petition tribunals in some PDP states.
4. The party alleged that INEC is at a standstill because the president has refused to appoint the electoral body’s commissioners in 11 states across the federation.
5. The party also alleged that the Buhari’s government refusal to appoint members of the Federal Executive Council is alien to the constitution of Nigeria
Meanwhile, the APC has said that the Buhari government can not take off if it did not recover some of the trillions stolen under Jonathan’s administration.
